Between October 2014 and October 2024, house prices in Turkey increased by 1950 percent. Short Term Situation
As of October 2024, the annual house price increase was 26.8 percent. However, it is seen that the rate of increase has been below inflation recently. According to Central Bank data, real prices fell by 14.7 percent in October.
