The 'E' Signage Period Starts in Authorized Real Estate Offices! An important step is being taken in the name of institutionalization in the real estate sector! After the Eid al-Fitr Holiday, the "E" sign application will be launched at authorized real estate offices. This application aims to increase reliability in the sector and prevent fraud. Akçam, President of the Association of All Real Estate Consultants of the New Era in Real Estate Offices (TEDB), stated that there are 8 thousand 500 real estate consultants in Ankara and 142 thousand throughout Turkey. Akçam announced that they will deploy the "E" signage application to increase institutionalization in the real estate sector, as well as in pharmacies and veterinary clinics. The application, which will be launched first in Ankara as a pilot region, will be distributed throughout Turkey in a short time. Akçam, regarding the issue, said, "We will hang these signs at the entrances of the offices of responsible real estate consultants. We have made a request to the Ministry of Commerce for the signage to be mandatory and we believe that we will receive support." said. Strong Measures Against Counterfeiting As part of the application, the Immovable Trade Authorization Number will be placed in the lower corner of the signs and there will be a QR code with information about the real estate consultant. Citizens will be redirected to the Ministry of Commerce page by reading this QR code and will be able to access all information about the consultant. In this way, an atmosphere of trust will be provided in the sector and it will be aimed to push ill-intentioned people out of the profession.
