As CEESS Global, we, like all companies in the real estate sector, experienced problems in our sales and marketing activities due to the technical glitch experienced yesterday on Turkey's popular sales website. As a sector, we were negatively affected by this process.

As one of Turkey's leading real estate companies, we overcame this unexpected development with minimal damage thanks to the measures we took in advance. The most important of these measures was our www.ceessglobal.com website, which we have been working on for a year and recently went live, offering advanced artificial intelligence integration as a first in the sector. Thanks to our website, which will be our new face in 2024 with its artificial intelligence-based technology and user-friendly structure, we continued our presentations and sales and overcame the period when the sales site was not in service in the best way.

However, as a company that believes that the real estate sector, in which we have been operating for 25 years, will develop with the joint success of all stakeholders and will be strengthened by winning together, we invited our colleagues to publish the advertisements of the real estate properties in their portfolios on our website in order to support them in this challenging process that developed suddenly.
